im fairly sure if I tried to press a log with bands on id end up with a fractured skull. Grin

Solid interview Loz and that band work on the log looks very interesting.

Cheers guys. If your log is to heavy just use a bar or axle out a rack to start with. Normal weight for me is 110/120kg for 8sets of 2/3 as fast as I can. I always look to move the weight faster and faster.

Nice video big fella.

There's a dude over at the P&B who got close to a 400lb log using a lot of band work iirc.

I think I'd end up in A&E with Will mind you!
