So come on then smart arses what makes a novice a novice?? Id love to know. Coz in my opinion ita somebody whos new to the sport and not got monster strength and/or been training for years? So for me in example. Less than 1 year training. First comp was march. ( nt my fault ppl r pussies and dnt do comps so the fact ive nw done 5 is my choice to gain experience) and look at my strength stats. 235 suited!! 170 in wraps!!! And 132.5 bench wow!!

TBF to Aaron, his PBs on SQ, DL & farmers I would class as 'novice weights' And with all due respect to Aaron, he 'made' a national final due to pullouts, so dont really think that is all that relevant either He finished 8th, so dont really see how you can criticise him for doing the comp

All fairness to him i loved competing with him again we gt on rli well tbh. And seb who was 4th at esm was not allowed to do it because unlile others he posts his pbs on his sugden avatar at 200+ sqaut 300 deadlift ect unlile others who were obviously capable of that who entered this comp thats all im getting at. The selection process was unfair and unqestioned but hey the comp is over. It was a gd day out and met top lads/men but that still doesnt stop me thinkin they shouldnt of been competing in a novice comp. Nothing personal to any of them before ppl start abusing me. And yes i finished 12th in northern qaulifier and so you see how many ppl dropped out in order for me to be in the finals and i loved every minute of it just wish i was stroger and did better.

What can i do if competitors aren't honest about there level? anyway i don't think any of this matters there isn't one competitor that made the comp look easy. and from the feed back recieved everyone who competed were happy with it an enjoyed themselves
