Grandad Goatse Member 2494, 5035 posts SQ 120, BP 110, DL 125355.0 kgs @ 67kgs UnEq | I've been using it for a quite a while and have made decent pogress, as have all of my friends that train with me, and I would of probably made even more gains if I didn't pick up so many injuries during rugby season. It's a good program if you follow it exactly as it's set out in the book, a lot of people I see saying it didn't work for them usually ignored starting with the 90% training max. | ||

In my experience, as my front squat is alot poorer than my back squat, my back squat regressed when i tried front squat as a main movement. | ||
