percy Member 384, 353 posts SQ 250, BP 162.5, DL 287.5700.0 kgs @ 88kgs Eq | Starting to set up the University.Floyd Givens ,a guest lifter from the USA has just arrived.(worth a google to check him out-quite a character). Wim Backelant (WDFPF PRESIDENT)booked into the same hotel not far from the pier.At 2m plus tall and 160kg he is an imposing figure. Trial Weigh-in this evening is from 7pm ,starting earlier than previously stated and available for some time.Lifters may get their kit checked and rack heights agreed at the same time. Competition Weigh in for ALL unequipped lifters is tomorrow morning between 7.30am and 8.30am.Re-weighs only from 8.30am-9am.Lifting starts at 9.30am.See published schedule on the BDFPA site under NEWS.Lists of entries are published on www.bournemouthbarbell.co.uk. Breakfast is available at Dylans S.U.bar above and next to the sports centre. The equipped competition follows on Sunday.Same weigh in times. Regards, Paul | ||

We are very grateful to everyone who lifted and contributed to the Championships.
