simple answer to that just t 2 was comfortable. in gym (garage) always train alone no spottersAndy - yes im a fatty And thats why you will see lots more cardio only workouts pop up

That will only go bad ways T. I remember Fat Pete going on a course of cardio when he hit 20 stone. He battered the exercise bike a few times a week. He'll tell you. Cardio makes you fat. It's a fact.

wigers i am going to keep the cardio in im actually enjoying it at the moment 30mins before snatch is a lot of cardio too me. first i just used it to warm up in the cold garage now i have a fire it warm up my back and legs before this OAP totally stiffens up LOL.
