simple answer to that just t 2 was comfortable. in gym (garage) always train alone no spotters

Andy - yes im a fatty And thats why you will see lots more cardio only workouts pop up

cardio 60 mins - felt i could go all night try a 90 mins plus at weekend at least if im f**ked i can sleep all day sunday ????

That will only go bad ways T. I remember Fat Pete going on a course of cardio when he hit 20 stone. He battered the exercise bike a few times a week. He'll tell you. Cardio makes you fat. It's a fact.

regular steady cardio works for me Andy 132-160 @69 remember ? going from 83 to 69 in 9 months didnt just happen as you well know andy

Nice to see you're training regular Tony, and the cardio appears to be on the verge of being phased out in favour of snatches i'm sure!!!

wigers i am going to keep the cardio in im actually enjoying it at the moment 30mins before snatch is a lot of cardio too me. first i just used it to warm up in the cold garage now i have a fire it warm up my back and legs before this OAP totally stiffens up LOL.
