Pound for pound one of the best lifters ever - it would be interesting to know how he trains

He's a nice example of the fact that as an equipped lifter you don't need a wide stance squat

I asked him that at British bench 2009 (good job I took a Polish speaking friend) he said squat, bench and deadlift, no assistance. Couldn't get specifics out of him lol

:P haha mabe it's that simple. I'm currently doing that, just squat, bench and deadlift, nothing more, nothing less. SO far so good... i will post another "weekly update" video tomorrow.

That guy is a beast!

Yes mate, be good to see 75's and 82's have checked but nothing has been put up yet Unhappy

Was a bit disappointed with Olech as he lost a lot of strength with the drop in bodyweight, still a beast though!

Wonder how these guys avoid injury only training the lifts since one would think that the antagonistic muscles are under trained and loose compared to their counterparts, physios always reccomend barbell or dumbell rows to balance out the opposite muscles of bench press muscles since also in the horizontal plain and another as too much pressing tightens the pecs and delts, but rows build the pulling muscles to draw back and pull in these muscles avoiding the scrunched up effect lol!

He did 350kg squat a few days ago at the 67kg class o.0 But it was a technical no lift. But still, he did his best and it looked easy, look at that video at the last part he do 350.

Maybe a good example of people overthinking something as simple as benching.

Anyone found any footage yet of 75's, 82's, 110's and 125+ kg classes?

Also nothing for 100kg deadlifts or 125kg deadlifts yet as I've been hunting for it and have come up with nothing so far!
