Nice work! How high were your box squats, what were you using I may have some use for these... 170's probably the heaviest thing you've had on your back?

18" is flying as well!

they were about 2-3 inches above parallel i think ive had 180 before which will be happening again next week

pretty happy with 18" but not happy with it ripping a f**king callous off
