Name : Seb Coleman-Celis
DOB : 14/07/1986
Height : 5ft 8
Weight : 82kg

Max Lifts
Squat : 152.5kg
Bench : 120kg
Deadlift : 200kg

Not sure whatmy routine is at the moment I just turn up and do whatever I think I need to work on.

Front Squats

8 x 60
5 x 80
2 x 100

Tom wanted to warm his biceps up for benching so we did barbell rows

6 x 60
6 x 80

2 Board Press (our 2 board is about 4 inches)

5x 60
3 x 80
1 x 100
1 x 110
F x 120

Id never tried behind the neck jerk before and wanted to give it a try

Warm up with bar

5 x 40
5 x 40
4 x 50
3 x 60
1 x 70
1 x 80
1 x 90
1 x 90
F x 100 - I just wasn't confident to get low enough to catch it really, pretty happy to get 90 up first time out. I've jerked 65 infront but was held back by my wrists.

Then we messed about doing some tyre work, just lifting it up from the ground and then dropping it back down on the same side. Think I managed about 3 need to work on my technique really.

I had a bicep tendon problem at the time, it would get really inflamed from low bar squats and benching. Warming it up a bit before hand seemed to help (along with s**t loads of ibuprofen...)
