3. (yellow)
Heaving, or sinking the bar after it has been motionless on the chest, in such a way as to aid the lifter.

By the two side refs??

I agree Martin, the second looked more of a heave/sinking than the third. The ref at the far side was French and failed all of Freds lifts!!

Great benching, third one looked like a lovely bench press to me pity referees can get caught up in silly technicalities - but the rules are the rules I guess!!
