Good news then.

The Eleiko with the two big discs weighs 105 kgs

The bar with the emery cloth round it, which used to be on the old racks in the corner plus the same discs weighs 102.5 kgs

The two red 20 kgs discs actually weigh 21.25 each

The two pale Reg Park 45 lbs discs actually weight 18.85 kgs each

All others are near enough to not bother about

They always weigh light on days they aren't used to compensate for the extra weight on days they are.

Thought everyone knew that

so the just of all this back and forthing is that the bar and weights its slightly heavy... which is good. I d rather train at a weight thats over than under... im sure you'd all agree.

I imagine they're going to make you regret that with the sneaky addition of an extra set of 25's next time you start squatting.

deads
60 * 10
100 * 8
140 * 6
180 * 6
220 * 5 - belt on.
220 * 5
220 * 5

started doing some hang pulls but then felt dizzy so left it.

Been trying to watch what i am eating... but some days i dont think i am getting enough calories and this is why i am getting these dizzy spells after training. Going to up the food intake a little bit again. Will weight myself friday, but i feel like i have lost weight, power belly is definitely a lot smaller.

Finished with some incline dumbbell which i missed the day before, but obviously just went very light...The crap week continues !
