week 4 of coan phillip deadlift routine

Deadlift (90%): 1x2 @ 207.5 kg
Speed deadlift (75%): 5x3 @ 172.5 kg (90-120 sec rest b/w sets)
3 circuits (rest 90sec between exercises, 2-3 minutes between circuits):
            Stiff-leg deadlift: 8 reps
            Bent over row: 8 reps
            Underhand (reverse) grip lat pulldown: 8 reps
            Arched back good morning: 8 reps

felt so strong today even the 207 felt good for another rep so well on track for 230kg target happy days

good session today, andy hit 90kg he's on the right track to 100kg, not far now buddy and I did a Pb on the clean and press 115kg the first one smashed me in the chin failed it twice then got it mint

thank you wayne a pretty messy one from the floor to my belt to my chest then overhead the first attemp smashed me in the chin lol sorry im not very technical with the style of lifting
