Nope, no gear mate just mutant mass, creatine and food.
Strength increase was great, i put on a load of muscle but some fat aswell.

Agreed Will milk powder is great aswell but if you are going to use it start off with 1/4 pack a day and work your way up so your guts can get used to it!
