If not, there should be lol No unfortunately not, just too much sitting on my arse complaining about injuries and not training! It's starting to come back but not quite there yet! I have a super series comp in sweden the week before too which is a f**king heavy comp so not sure how close to 100% I will be! | ||

Agreed, thing is the lifters/strongment etc just want to get out there and do it, no bulls**t, no politics, no nonsense just a bunch of meatheads doing our thing. Somthing like this organised by the lifters and those close to them with no agenda is undoubtedly going to be good, just like the shows put on at grass roots level, everyone getting along going out there to do thier thing. For anyone looking out for some christmas goodies, there will be a number of tables selling goodies.
