We've a benchpress contest coming up in October and the full (squat, bench and deadlift) powerlifting contest in December, for full details click on the "competitions" tab on the toolbar. Good start by reading the rules, another good idea would be to have a few training sessions with some seasoned lifters, if you let us know where you're from I'm sure someone will be happy to help you. | ||
