2 reasons:

1. I am on cut to 67.5KG (nearly there, would like to lose a little more fat so I carb up before the next comp)
2. I ate copius amounts of takeaway pizza and choccy cake the day before Grin

second meal today -

omelette / mess

5 whole eggs
150g tuna
120g cheese
50g sweetcorn

250ml milk - drink

Went a bit mental with the cheese.

Over a 110g of protein in that meal.The theory is my body cant absorb and or utilise that amount of protein in one go but it tasted nice anyway Tongue

Just in the process of drinking 4 pints of milk and at lunchtime (2:30) I ate 2 packs of 2 sandwiches 500 calories each.
Man I will be 20 stone in no time Grin and got another pack in front of me at my desk.

The only way though to be as strong as on ox is to eat like one!

Ham sandwich - Mid morning Snack

Baked Potato and 200g turkey breast covered in houmous - Lunch

Baked Potato and 200g turkey breast covered in houmous - 3pm

100g oats,3 egss,milk in shake - 5pm

Meatballs and Spagetti - 8pm tea.

250g Cottage Cheese and mullerlight in shake - Bedtime
