Are these any good for squatting in and recovery or waste of time - I usualy have loose underarmour shorts or similar?

Any recommended?

I have actually been thinking about getting some compression shorts - or, dare I say it....

Handy when doing box squats when you have big gonads, stops the bloody things clanging around and getting in the way.

Interesting and expensive but these look designed to give rebound as well as compression

By the time you get a pair of rehband, or similar, shorts there doesn't seem to be much in it.

For years I have worn 2.5mm Vulkan compression shorts as a base layer... Not sure if they're still out there, but they used to keep me warm and snug.

I know strengthshop had their own version too.

The blue Rehband ones used to be very popular with all the top guys, but they are hard to get and very expensive.

I don't feel like I got anything out of them for lifts other than confidence and warmth really. They certainly are not briefs for the equipped lifter.
