Around 7pm - okra, peppers, onion, tomatoes, aubergine, all from the garden.

8pm - 1 scoop vanilla whey, 1 scoop banana whey, 1 scoop weight gainer.

10pm - sheftalia kebab - minced lamb, parsley, onion, wrapped with sheep's caul fat. Bit like a very high quality sausage. This was with lots of salad, wrapped in 2 pita breads.
Apple soda.

Midnight - Cheetos.

I suspect you don't mean you had the rice with the ice-cream. But who knows.

I cooked for a ex-chef supper-club-hosting friend tonight, the Drunken Butcher - his kitchen is ripped out and not yet replaced.

Instagram link because I really can't be bothered pissing about getting photos linked here from my phone.

About a kilo of fish. Went fishing straight after.
Didn't even have anything next to it. No seasoning other than flour to fry it.
Might have the same tomorrow, but make a big salad or summat.

I had a weird craving for quails last night. Jumped in the car, picked up 5, threw 4 in the freezer. Chopped one in half, threw both halves into sizzling hot olive oil until crispy and a tiny bit burnt, salted liberally, and ate the whole thing, bones included.

Just had potato salad with eggs, dried mint, and corriander. Picked a bunch of wild asparagus and had that with eggs for lunch yesterday.

Bought 5 more chickens so they'll be laying eggs soon. 6 hens in total and one big black cock.

Passing the bones may ruin your sphincter.

Nope, it's not the first time I've eaten them with bones.

Edited.. Sugden can’t cope with Thai language

been enjoying two things in Thailand:

“gob” - frog
“teen gai“ - chicken feet

my wife makes both as pad krapow - stir fried with spicy chilli turmeric, holy basil.
surprised how nice these odd meats taste. Can’t find a Thai place in England that does anything like this.

Yesterday - chips, salad, sea bass I caught myself.

Half a roast chicken with oregano from the garden. Had to BUY potatoes as I never planted any this year. Loaf of bread dipped in the juice.

Last night, keema with peas (not, strictly, keema mattar) and a sort of mushroom bhaji, both the second half of what I cooked Thursday, with Tesco naan.

The night before, chicken gong bao, tenderstem with sizzling oil, Jasmine rice.
