Pretty tender after yesterday.

Between changing nappy’s getting thrown up on I’m managing to Train 2-3 1 hour sessions per week so push/pull/events.

Hows you getting on with your new addition to the family?

Yeah, we are all getting on well. I work from home so it makes things a bit easier! I’m managing to get 2 1.5hr sessions in so better than nothing.

Cheers mate, got a comp in May with a 120kg log for reps once that’s out the way I’m gunna train for max and hopefully get into the 170-180 range
