Not posted on here in 2017 but have still been at it. Done a five week training block and tested maxes for first time since 2016.

Not posted in a long time but training going well.. Just ran two back to back Russian squat masters routines on bench and squat and two eddie hall deadlift program.

Tested squat and deadlift s this week for the first time in 2018 and got New pbs..

Squat 270 , +30
Ded, 300 , + 10
Bench tbc

Tested bench in Sunday and got a 150 paused so no change there which is a little disappointing, bench has been neglected in comparison to squats and deds so need to address this.

Pulled a 310 today after work as 300 felt okay and I knew there was More in the tank. This felt like a truer max.

Went over bench set up tonight and worked up to a 152.5 paused which moved great. Stuck 160 on and paused just a bit too long, also not as good a set up as prev lift... Hopeful to increase this over the coming weeks by tidying up technique .

Messing around the last few weeks before deciding what programme to follow some a 250 paused squat and 280 x 4 deadlift both of which are pbs..

New goals are a 300 squat , 170 bench and a 330 deadlift this will round of a 800 total.

will be back to post in a few years when this is in the bag Wink
