Training going bad just now have an infection so on antibiotics for the next month. Also hip issue playing up. Going to see physio ASAP as need to get back on track.

last session
Paused front and back squats up to 140.

Bench
120 X 4 then 115 X 5

Deadlift
up to 130 wide leg sumo

Plan is just to smash fronties, bench and accessories the next month hopefully be of benefit on the long run

Bench
4 X 8 then 1 X fail, about 10 at 80

Deadlift
10 X 3 at 100 conventional

Flat bench pulls and shoulder front and side raises.

feeling s**t so taking it light as antibiotics side effect is tendon rupture :0 so light weights from now and high reps

Seated machine row 3 X 10 at 95 then burnout set at 80

Side raises and guns

Another light session today; body f**ked after squats could hardly bend over from back weakness all related to prostatitis infection not fun at all and hopefully f**ks off soon.

up to 150 for five singles no problems with belt on.

Well finished antibiotics yesterday so starting to feel human again tried a session last week but gave up after grinding out warm ups on bench. Plan us to carry on with front squats and bench and throw in some deadlifts to build these back up.

Easy session just to see how body feels tomorrow. Can wait to get some more weight on the bar again soon

Back extension and bench rows to finish.
Very bad pain in balls and back after session, gutted..

Completely pain free after something repositioned itself correctly in back, ball pain also away now.. back to training

up to 125 for a single heaviest I've done for a bit. Some volume and tech with 80 and 60

Deadlift
up to 200 felt a lot heavier though Unhappy followed this by 6 singles at 150 for tech and speed .

Today

Had a good sleep and plenty food this weekend so ready for training..

squat
Building volume up now up to 5 x 5@140.

bench
single up to 120 then 5 X 3@100

All good, no pains anywhere and strength coming back again..Happy days
