Still got a little bit of strength Member 400, 22990 posts | Pleased to hear that you enjoyed your first zerchering experience. Your arms will get used to it. You can always use sleeves/padding.

Member 6264, 209 posts | Cheers fella, it was only uncomfortable but definitely no need for padding. Read through your journal and I have no idea what a thin log is? I've decided as well as logging my underwhelming training I'm going to log a new word per session. suzerain ˈsuːzəreɪn/Submit noun a sovereign or state having some control over another state that is internally autonomous.

Always feels more raw and productive when it's more bare bones. Gotta wish you good knee health and the ability to eat lots and lots haha. No doubt you'll reach my numbers. Has taken me years and years to get my numbers up a bit because I'm inconsistant. The last year and a bit has been the most consistant run I had at training and it helps. Enjoy training! You'll pass me soon enough!
