Cheers Wayne. It was bare naked elbows on a thin bar. Think my next jump will be 5kg and add some more reps in on the way up.

Yes Danny give it ago. When I used to front squat I found it painful on my knees but this doesn't seem to hurt them. Also it has the most carry over for me when I'm unloading and carrying glass/windows/doors for work.

Rip Anthony Bourdain. I read kitchen confidential a good few years ago and highly recommend it. Also loved his travel food programmes.

Been doing some rubbisher than usual training, been knocked out by hayfever.
