The last light week Barx15 60x5 80x5 100x5 130x4 130x4 130x4 All paused felt easy. Too light really but this program did me well once before so ill stick to it. Also starts getting heavy after next week. Incline dumbells 40kg 5x8 Tricep push downs Loads.heavy. Hammer curls 30x8 37.5x8 40x2x8 Seated row watsons plate loaded thing. 2 plates a side. Finished off with alt curls. Feeling confident Decided to carry on deadlift thru the broken ankle. So on wednesday we will see how that goes. | ||

This is always the hardest part of a program for me. Sticking to the light sessions. Finished with some machine rows and pulls downs then shot home for masses of food | ||

So progress none the less. How rigidly do we stick to our plans? Barxlots 60kgx8 80kgx8 100kgx4 120kgx4 140x3 140x3 140x3 The guy spotting said its the easiest hes ever seen me move it. So thats good. Went on to loads of tricep exercises. Just wanted to destroy them. And i did. Home now lots of food as i want to come in as heavy as i can. Charity comp for a cause close to my heart. It deserves my best effort. | ||

I hammered the weight in easy but everything felt off. Hips where tight glutes felt tight couldnt get comftable. Even my feet felt off. Not sure wtf all that was about! | ||

Well annoying) Tri ext 3x15 Pushdowns 3x15 That was yesterday. Today Physio glutes,quads,hammys,abducters,forearms,trap and pec stripped out. Feel battred! Turns out ive torn my rotator cuff but my pressing is better then ever. Moral of the story? Tear your rotator cuff. | ||
