I don't Zercher per se. I will use partial lift and hold Zercher to train my core. Started these when trying to practice conans wheel without having access to conans wheel.

Regardless of the reasoning, I'm nothing if not a hypocrite.

Log-worked up to 3@110kg ftoh
Yoke runs 20 metres @250kgs, loads of runs done fast as poss but not timed.
Farmers,same as above with 100kg each hand

Conditioning circuits with slam balls,sledgehammer and prowler.

Not trained for a while. Short stint at HM pleasure and now juggling community service, job and kids so barely able to get anything done. Gonna have one big workout on Sundays focused on squats, chins dips and a few accessories until I get my life back on track.

3x5 bench 110kgs
15 chins broken into terrible sets of barely any
3x15 laterals
4x20 shrugs
20 mins bike

Terrible feeling through whole session. Long hard road to recovery. Muscle memory??!more like muscle amnesia

I was so shocked to go inside that I was depressed as f**k for first cpl weeks. Gym surprising decent.
