100 face pulls super light.

40 mins of walking at 4mph
30 bw lunges each leg

Gonna play it by ear regards volume and frequency. Lots of niggles to work around. Nothing epic will be achieved.

10x60 metre hill sprints. Took forever but got it done.

100 crunches
Overhead kettlebell lunges 24kg each hand x3x8

Bw down from 139kg to 131 in 6 days. Tons of water bloat gone. Blood pressure feels less dangerous.
