Lots of niggles to work around. Nothing epic will be achieved. | ||

Took forever but got it done. 100 crunches Overhead kettlebell lunges 24kg each hand x3x8 Bw down from 139kg to 131 in 6 days. Tons of water bloat gone. Blood pressure feels less dangerous. | ||
