I would then do the same sets and % but only singles for deadlift (in SBD order each session). I'm not sure how I would overhead, I found while I train OHP my bench outright stops progressing (not sure if its a loading thing between them or interference). You could extend the system so week one would be done over two weeks but OHP too: Week1: Mon - Be Wed - OHP Fri - Be Week2: Mon - OHP Wed - Be Fri - OHP You could keep each lift in sequence, or could make wednesday the heavy day | ||

I squat quite neutral. The way you see is the way I compete too but tend to squat faster (current fatigue prevents it). | ||
