What are your goals bren? I saw in another post you mention wanting to lose a fair chunk of weight. Is that for asethetics or performance.

Looking to lose as much fat as possible without sacrificing too much strength. Put a load of sloppy lard on being lazy tbh, so it's been easier to shift the first 15kgs than I thought. When I get to 100kgs I'll reassess and build back to 120, but a good 120. Training still quite mediocre and basic, no heavy squats, no deads. Doing tons of bw back extensions and yoga at home to try and rehab. Bench is still steady. Look and feel a lot better physique wise.

I'd sum up goals over rest of year as looking like I used to; benching close to 200kg again, and feeling much better cardiovascular and blood pressure wise.

If I can rehab my back to point where deadlift isn't torture then yes. I do need something to focus on to keep me healthy mentally as much as physically. I'd do OK in a totally raw fed, esp if I could boil myself under 105.
