Thanks chaps, I do feel strong on all the pressing excercises at the moment.

Few goals Iv decided on;

70kg dumbells on incline for 10reps
155kg push press
130kg strict press
180kg paused incline bench
210kg paused bench press

Obviously some will take longer then others but I want to tick these off buy August time.

Swimming x 400m

Really busy so could only do single or 2 lengths at a time. Want to work up to doing a mile non stop but that is a long way off. Going to try and go at least twice a week now.

Yes im back, was on holiday then had the flu so gave training a miss.

I havent tried the running yet but iv wrote out a plan including swimming and mountain biking as they will be kinder on my joints. Might give running a go at the weekend and Il let you know how it feels.

Swimming x 462m (33m pool)

Incredible shoulder pump but enjoyed it apart from having to swim around two huge fat ladies that couldn't have gone any slower. Hopefully il have another session on Saturday morning, try to get over 500m
