had a really had few days walking round celtic manor on a stag do golfing drinking ect had next to no sleep the deadlifts were supposed to be 215 but i played it safe as my hamstrings were shot and really tight working on form with the deadlift getting more legs involved tried afew different techniques

nice work mate, deads look slowish for you but if id had a rough weekend i cudnt even load 200kg on a bar Grin

they felt heavy mate to be honest but i did slow them down on a purpose to get tighter but my hamstrings were fried from walking all weekend they were supposed to be 215 but i genuinely felt i mite not have got my volume in with tht weight my main focus is on my leg strength at the moment and just getting some consistency in the sessions Happy
