You don't need to lose weight and exercise more... It will simply be in yours and your loved ones best interest

In all honesty I don't regard that as too bad. Considering your age and your size and one thing and another, plus you were at the docs which is never a relaxing thing.

Yes it's high but it's not "ring an ambulance" high.

Do you ever take it at home with one of those monitors that chemists sell ? You might be pleasantly surprised if you did. My BP is high at the docs but fine at home. When I have my annual check up I take my own results in on a bit of paper and they just copy them onto the records.

I think library deadlifts are a throwback to the days where people trained in the parlours of their mother's house. Keep them going for historical value.
