What's happening with your new house then? 12/06/2015 Shoulder press- (machine) 25kg x 15, 45kg x 15, 65kg x 10, 85kg x 5, 95kg 3 x 3 100kg x 1, 45kg x 15 reps. (All weight per side) Dumbbell front raises/side raises- superset 10-10 x 3 sets. Lat Pull downs- 3 x 8 reps Rope pulls- full resistance- 3 x 30 secs. Leg extensions- 3 x 15 reps Press ups (20) Kettle bell swings (20) and medicine ball abs supersets x 3. | ||
