Just normal ones. Nose touches the floor. None of the cheating bulls**t..... But I did do it 'girl style' and was on my knees instead.

Oh god I can't even joke about that without feeling ashamed. Proper press ups.

Bench Press- 60kg x 15, 80kg x 10, 100kg x 5, 110kg x 3, 120kg x 1, 130kg x 1, 135kg x 1, 142.5kg x 1 (new PB) 60kg x 20 reps.
Pec Dec- 3 x 15 reps
Press ups to failure.

That's all we're neck and neck on....... I couldn't deadlift or squat an empty bar these days. Good ol' glass back.

You're easier to work out than Audley Harrison.......and have a jaw like a chandelier........and hands like sponges........and an alarmingly tiny todger........but I'll upload it for you and put it on here. What's happening with your new house then?

Shoulder press- (machine) 25kg x 15, 45kg x 15, 65kg x 10, 85kg x 5, 95kg 3 x 3 100kg x 1, 45kg x 15 reps. (All weight per side)
Dumbbell front raises/side raises- superset 10-10 x 3 sets.

Lat Pull downs- 3 x 8 reps
Rope pulls- full resistance- 3 x 30 secs.

Leg extensions- 3 x 15 reps

Press ups (20) Kettle bell swings (20) and medicine ball abs supersets x 3.
