Nope! CBA, I'm honestly surprised i'm actually goign to the gym at the moment! Odd thing is my weight is staying around 109 and i've drastically cut my calori intake (in fact i think my wife is trying to starve me!) and my pants are looser???????????

Well finally got my arse back in the gym, been about 6 weeks and I've done f**k all exercise since! Far too much going on recently but things are a bit back to normal although I am now home alone in Saudi until October! Unhappy

Anyway s**t from past couple of days include :
squat up to 140 x 8
Bench 100 x 10
Strict 70 x 5
Dead 220 x 3
Various gun exercises,

Nothing interesting or remotely interesting but at least I've started again! No plans just see how it goes
