Went to Durham to hang with one of my closest mates, and basically ended up being one massive party the whole weekend. Quality, well needed after a year of good behaviour. Then had a houseparty yesterday, and got rather intoxicated. Sent Jack a load of texts about how he should work in a hardware store, and how he's an aesthetic God whom I admire greatly. Was extremely sluggish all day, but ate well and knew it was time to train hard. Ended up being a fantastic session and pushed myself more than usual. Hopeful spells the beginning of something great.Comp bench wide grip paused 90x5@6.5 100x5@7 105x5@8 105x5@8 105x5@9 (PB) 100x5@7.5 100 x5@8 100x5@9 Floor press paused 80x5;90x5;80x5,5,5 Pull ups - pronated grip 5x6 Incline Db - 2x20 w 20kg; Rear delt flyes - 4x20 w tension on db (10kg) Curls - drop sets and sets of 10 Good PB. Super happy with this ATM. Onwards. Need to lose some weight before I look to obese again and my mum bullies me. | ||
