I found the rumble roller to be much less effective than a PVC roller

I own a rumble also and don't like it as much as a pvc pipe.

Stop doing current maximal singles with no supportive training. Whilst it may seem impressive to be able to walk up to a heavy lift untrained and cold and do it, it is a massive shock to your body which in turn will tell you about it. If stopping lifting heavy singles isn't an option you can either -
do enough supportive training to allow you to do it with some level of prevention through familiarity
get used to the inevitable pain and injuries

This is the number one answer - training with the ethos of doing the absolute minimum amount of warm-ups, etc. is going to ruin you one day. It might seem amusing - or be a nice party trick - to jump straight under 90%+ of your 1RM, but when you tear a muscle, or herniate a disc, the joke may end rather abruptly.

The above stretch it best done in public, whilst waiting for a bus for example.

As hinted at above OP could have a lumbar disk bulge touching on the nerve stem, thus triggering aforementioned symptoms?

Starting a serious thread doesn't feel right. Feel free to use this thread as a dumping ground for a cornucopia of assorted bulls**t Happy

Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.
