Sorry forby it isn't

His knees are not locked out

And how can you give a down command when he's still shaking like a s**tting dog!
You have to be locked out and I'd imagine not shaking?

Looks locked out too me. His back is even over extended if anything

Only thing I can see is his legs trembling which isn't against the rules as far as I'm aware?

Why is someone b**ching when stating the obvious?

Imo it is a great pb for a gym but not a great lockout for a comp.

Strong as f**k and not hating as I was not a member when he posted on here.

Very strong, very impressive grip strength, knees obviously not locked out. Not quite a powerlifting deadlift, but a very good strongman one.

More interestingly, deadlift spotters? What the f**k?

He got a good lift so it was a "powerlifting" desdlift

If anything hate on the ref not his fault tbh. Plus I screenshotted the top of the lift and if I pulled that id be happy.

Looked like a fail on lockout to me because of the knees.

Powerlifting rules?

At least there was no doubt over Ed's lockout.

I searched for a definition of 'lockout' but apparently there are none that apply in this context.

Personally to me lockout requires being stationary at the top of the lift, which clearly big George didn't do, so I'd have red lighted the lift. But the fault I would say lies with the ref, not the lifter.

Agreed. Pause it at the top, locked out in my book.

This was a powerlifting comp and the lift got 3 white lights.
