Got to gym this morning after working 3 long days in a row also got a new belt, a 13mm lever belt, cheers strength shop!
Thorough warm up..
Squat
Bar, 60s then 8 x 3 with 100.
Bench
Bar, then 62.5 for 8 x 3.
SLDL
Lot of 60s and 100s then, 130, 150, belt on, 170 then a 195, good. Followed this with 5 at 175 tng wearing straps, what a difference, so much more easier to focus on the lift rather than gripping the bar!

Nipped to gym after doing a long day for the first time..busy, will try to avoid this again. Also now wide awake and up early so also not ideal.

Bar, 60 then supposed to be 5 sets at 80 but no 10 so 5 x 3 et 90.
Bench
5 x 3 at 60.
Deadlift
lots of 60 and 100 then doubles at 150 and 185. Belt on then a 204 followed by a triple at 185 all swift.
good stretch and done.

Bench
Bar, 60s, 80, then a 90, followed by 2 sets of 80 x 5
Deadlift
60s, 100s then 3 x 3 at 120.
All relatively light so really concentrated on explosiveness and tight form.
Stretch and shower.

Bar, 60s, 80, then a 90, followed by 2 sets of 80 x 5
Deadlift
60s, 100s then 3 x 3 at 120.

Warm up then,

60s,100s, 130, 150, 165 (pb), then a 170 (fail) got halfway up after hearing trousers tearing, a bit gutted as this was in the bag so to speak.
Bench
Bar, 60s, 90, 105, 115 then 120 (pb) happy with this.
Pm
Deadlift
60s, 120s, 150, 180, belt on then 210 then a 230 (pb)
Good stretch and shower.
Happy with PBs all round but also know squat could have been better, good learning curve today though and should maybe have had another max attempt at squat for the 170.
Looking forward to beating these again next time round!

Bar,60, 100, a 135 then 5 doubles of 148. Belt and sleeves on, nice.
Bench
Bar,60,90,100 then a 110 then done 3x5 with 93. Good
deadlift
done speed sets of 115 as fast as possible.
Stretch off..

Bar,then 8 x 3 at 60.
Sldl
60, 100s, then 140, 160 and a 180. Then 3 X 5 at 160 tng, had straps so all done double overhand.

Fast triples at 50 percent max for eight sets then,
Sldl
60s,100s,100s then a 185, then 3x5 with 165, all fast.
Rushed through this but all ok
home to bed!

gym very busy at this time, guys banging out reps at 160 on next bench :0
low bar squat
60s,110s,150,162.5 followed by a set of 132.5 x 7. all good
bench
bar,60s,80,95,105,115 then 3x3 at 105. rushed the first set so slow but other two shot up after taking a proper break between sets - sharing the bench as gym busy.

Done a conventional dead to get the bar to starting position then do the reps from there as not flexible enough to start from floor..
60s,110s,150s,then a 190, followed this of with 3x5 at 170 TNG. Enjoying these a lot

Gym mega busy at 1300 today but only time I could manage, lucky to get a rack after warm up..
Squat low bar
Bars,60s,100s, 140, 150x2, 150x2, 150x2. All done concentrating on slow descent to depth and powering back up, gradually feel like squats are heading in the right direction now..
Bench
bars,60s,82,95,112.5 then 3x5 at 95.
Deadlift
100s,120 x 3 for five sets all concentrating on explosiveness.
overall a very enjoyable session, love just sticking to the compound lifts and not worrying about accessory stuff.

Bench
bars,60s, 80, 100s, then a 117.5 f**ked it up by foot slipping when driving through legs. All ok but lesson learned. Done 3 sets of 108 after, these were heavy but got them all in.
No deadlift today.
Ok session. Disappointed on bench fail but lesson learned about correct set up.

Went to gym this morning whilst it was reasonably quiet, only trained twice this week. Had no structured plan but haven't done normal deadlifts for a while so done..
Deadlift
60s,100s,140s, 170s, then a 210. Then 2x2 with 200 then 10x1 at 200 all as explosive as poss. Finished of with a set of 7 or 8 at 180..
Realized I have no idea how to train properly lol looking forward to getting back on track with programmed training.
