I have decided due to lack of current motivation and form.
that I will drop out off the east midlands on the 25th of january.
ive been getting myself streesed out over it.. which has put me off trainning in the last few weeks.

Time to build up for the All England :-)

Why not do the Anglian Open in April mate? No pressure to perform at all and you can just go and enjoy it! Sam Harvey and I are both doing it! Happy
