Three sessions this week.

1). Deadlift. 150x3, 170x3, 190x3, 210x2, 230x1, 210x2, 190x3, 170x5.

2). Squat. 150x3, 165x3, 175x3, 185x2, 200x1, 185x2, 175x3, 160x5.

3). Deadlift. 150x3, 170x2, 190x2, 210x2, 230x2, 215x2, 195x2, 175x2.

Expecting no trouble with the squats but you need to work on the deadlift technique, step back a little from the bar and make sure the arms are vertical. Drive with the legs before you pull with your back!

I'll not be in again until NYE.

My lifting is all over the place at the moment..

Time to seriously think about east Midlands comp. Can't see any reason to compete if I'm nowhere near the British qualification..

Not down for a week now, I'm on lates all of next week!!!

Going to sort my diet out and cut the drinking down!

I'm pretty sure I can pull it back around!

Just felt a bit deflated after the session!

Plenty of fight left in me yet :-)

Thinking of adding in a few deficit Deadlifts on squat days. I know that once the bar goes past my knees I'm good for 280-300kg... Just need to increase the speed off the floor!!
