You know those slendertones which send small pulses of electricity through your core to give you 'six pack abs'?
Well f**k that pussy s**t.
I got shocked by the mains at work yesterday. 240V about 30mA.
I can already feel the gains taking over my body.
Disclaimer:
In case any young impressionable stupid people are reading this, I absolutely do not recommend shocking yourself. It was possibly the single worst experience of my life and you could quite easily be killed.

Going to lick a plug socket at the gym tonight... But not before squats, you never abs before squats!

How do you know it was 30mA? If it's because the circuit was protected by a 30mA RCD, then this will have dissconnected in less than 40ms, so stop being such a wuss

It was arm to arm tho and not to ground through my feet so that wasnt nice. I probably am making it out to be worse than it was, but f**k me it felt horrendous!

I concur. I once held the end of my phone charger in my mouth to free up a hand while I reached off the side of the bed to turn the plug socket on. FML. Nearly broke my neck, won't be putting no chargers in my mouth again, thats for sure.

Haha good effort. I think it was more likely to shock you in your mouth as it's wet so less resistance.

Lightweight
Try 200mAmps EMS through each quad every other day. Biting down on a rubber dog chew can help.

I did this with a dodgy extension lead here in China. Crazy shaking, and kind of got stuck to the lead for I don't know how long, probably just a few seconds. Managed to yank myself free and had two burns on my hands afterwards. Weird buzzy feeling for an hour or so after.

No, dammit. Didn't even think to. Probably a bit late now.
