I have no plan at the min. Today i just trained with a mate so did his session. Luckily sunday is sort of 'strength' session for me. So fitted in with my 'plan'. i just do what i feel. Couple lighter days to recover/work tech, then a heavy ish day or two, constantly trying to increase weight/reps on squats.

After my comp (hopefuly ) in three weeks it will be a little more structured


Thanks, i want to compete internationally. 120/160 is my short term goal (early next year) long term i want to clean and jerk 200, sounds stupid but i think i can eventually.

I had ukad over for breakfast the other week. 6 in the morning. A week into my new house, didnt know people i live with. Lol good start
