First time on blocks this high, not alot of room to drive from, like it though

Just looking through your sessions

Good lifting

Do you have a plan on excel you could send me or is it not that structured as it looks like it is on first sight

You jump back on your snatches and have bendy arms on the clean

But you move rapid and your leverages look great for lifting


I take it you want to compete on the national stage mate because I think you can... I don't doubt 120 160

I will back squat more than 160kg very soon... Especially now I have a new pair of lifting shoes
