A neighbor whom I met about a month ago just knocked on my door. He is originally from England and had a lifting shirt that was never worn. It says Bessemer Barbell on it. That is real cool. I am happy. I collect weightlifting shirts. He said he got it in 1991.

I've rediscovered seasick Steve love his music,also heard some music by left plan cruisers but there a bit to noise to actually hear what there singing.

I am researching the specs of building a Thomas inch dumbell replica. 3" handle 12" bells. They sell here in the states for around 800 dollars. I will now listen to that music john. I will make this dumbell soon. My wife will then kill me for doing this. My gym is visited by many. Feats of strength are cool. I am focused.
