Well, I've been visiting this site for about a year, reading the threads and wathcing all the videos.

I was at medical school with haris, who gave me the link, - yes they have actually let us become doctors!!

Oh and i also know craig... the smelly bas***d in the gym!

Anyway, I thought it was time i actually gave a little back, so i'm starting a training journal.

Ive just finished medical school and have just over 5 weeks before i get married and 6 weeks beofore i start work.

Basically ive been a lazy bas***d for half a year with working towards finals and spending 2 months in ireland studying.

SO over the next 5 weeks i'm going to be working my arse off, and getting back into the swing of pumping iron regulary.

Hope thats not too much detail

Got my arse out of bed at a reasonable time today and went for a cycle.


45mins - (15 mins up hill / 25 mins on the canal and middlewood way / 5 mins down the hill)

Hopefully throw the iron about later

good point.... but i'm currently between graduation and starting work... so i ahd time to cram shifting some iron around later that day... albeit a short session.

Matter of a fact i could do with some pointers as to best optimise my gains. I have the ability to train everyday (in my garage) Olympic bar, squat rack. dumbells ez bars, tricep bars... i just dont want to over do it
