And how much abuse would i get if i would put my name down only to withdraw later due to my hair not being good enough?

To be honest, i would only pull out if the injury meant that it was fragile and i couldnt push it. But i cant see it being a problem anymore on that date unless i regress in some way! (knock wood)

deadlift is 18". not sure on the squat yet. need to have a f**k about with it to try and get the height/weight right.
