BW: 72.9kg HB Squat (Beltless) Barx5,5 60x5 80x3 100x5x3 Paused Bench Barxlots 40x5 60x3 70x5x3 Deadlifts (Beltless) 60x5 100x3 130x3,3,3 Hips and back felt a bit tight from doing nothing over the weekend. Need to do a little bit of mobility on rest days to prevent this in the future. | ||

Not bad session considering it took me almost 2 hours to get to the gym due to tube strikes and added traffic lol. | ||

Some progress...looks like you're catching up with the programming now, should be easier to keep moving forwards. Bench probably requires some more bodyweight... Looks like there's a little more there on the squat as well. | ||

Yeah Tom, bodyweight wasn't so good that day, standing up/moving about 8 hours every day at work will do that to you, but I think its mostly water because after a couple of days off its right back up. Also played around with using my wrist wraps for better grip off the floor, not sure if it makes a difference tbh. | ||

Cheers man, I've done 205 two weeks before my last comp, but it was with a weightlifting bar so its pretty easy to pull the slack out of it before it even comes off the floor lol. 195 felt smooth so should be good for more. | ||

Did alright considering I woke up pretty early, felt sore from working all weekend and had to cut my rest periods and warm up a little shorter than I'd like to. I'm lucky I've got a decent manager, otherwise I wouldn't had been able to train at all today, as well as the fact I'm still technically not allowed to train at work because of the incident a couple weeks back lol... | ||
