I have done log press on a wide range of different logs, thin steel, thin wood, ifsa spec steel, long wooden, long steel, and one common thing that is a must is a good base to have when the log sits on your chest. I'm not saying I'm better than log as any if these guys which i 'm not all I'm saying is that if you have a good string base to control the log then that makes it easier to control, Z, frampton, hixxy, obrest Lalas, etc have a good solid base this dude looks to have not be there yet but he has the strength so it's only a matter of time with more practice | ||

 9x WSM finalist! Member 662, 3372 posts | Log is 150 for reps in 60 secs. Sorry but ed will win no problem as hes strong enough to one motion every rep which saves loads of time. If youre needing to push press 6 is probably the limit with one motion ed can hit 8 I believe. | ||
