Thanks, Danny. I'll probably f**k it up again, but feel free to correct it hah.

I desperately want to compete in Strongman, but I just don't have access to the required equipment, at the moment.

230kg - Not a PB, but certainly the deepest and most comfortable.

Rotator cuff still cocking up, but slightly less.

Also I wouldnt worry about specific events training. Its probably useful but I imagine if you rock up to an U80/U90 event you'll get by on sheer mong strength alone.

lol now way am I getting U80! I'm going to have to lose weight to get back under for the 83kg category! We'll see what time brings, though Happy

I'll have to pop over to strength tec again, see how I'm doing without the event training. Cheers!

Dodgy angle, but the depth was there.

Today.

Core felt very weak

Back squat, no belt

220kg - felt harder than it should have, didn't feel confident going up a weight.

Deads, no belt

270kg - as above, core felt crap, power throughput poor.

Bad day, bad lifting, f**k it.

Front squats, beltless

165kg - Thought I'd put on 155kg, felt like it, too. 175kg soon.

Bench to 1 inch board (rotator cuffs are a bit funny still)

150 paused
3x145 spotter helped with third.
7x120 paused reps

I really look forward to my rotators being better. Certainly on the way.

170 - Pretty comfortable
180 - Not so comfortable. Failure. I should have it soon. I should have gone with 175kg.

Deads

Tried some romanian deads again, don't know why.

Today

Feeling my erectors too much today

Paused back squat

210 - Didn't feel that heavy, but the lift it self felt s**t. It felt really awkward, like my body positioning was all wrong.
5x180 - Same as above.

Paused bench

150 - Felt fine
2x2x140 - Each rep paused
4x120
10x60

Looking back at the videos of today's squats, it would appear that the reason they felt so odd, was because I was squatting with a high bar, as opposed to my usual 'mid bar'.

210 - Felt easy enough, but my hips started moving without my torso, so the form was poor. Left it there.

160 - Ridiculously easy
180kg - PB! A couple of months ago, I would never have thought that I'd be hitting this sort of weight on front squats - daily squatting for the win. Next target is 200kg... Again, I never thought I'd be ever thinking of such a figure on front squats.
