I've come to the conclusion that I'm feeling crap, all because I'm still worn from the high rep deads last Wednesday.

Thanks, guys.

I've attempted 300kg in the past, but I failed once the bar reached my knees. I truly believe the reason I failed, was more to do with nerves. When I go for it next time, I want to know that I have it, not just hope I do.

I don't have any tips sadly, I don't really know what I've done to have a half decent deadlift.

Erector and obliques were f**ked, so didn't go well.

Form went very early, so I sacked it off.

5x220 - Kind of deloading on lower body stuff. Felt pointless, but I'm going to go up 5kg per week,so the weight will go up quickly enough, but give my body some time to fix little niggles.

Front squat

140kg - Easy, which is nice, considering its a beltless PB.

Last Thursday

ME lower

Holy hell, what a day!

15 inch deads

280kg - Beltless PB.
290kg - Fail. My lats were giving away too much, and couldn't be bothered finishing off the rep, as it would have been hideous.

Squats

Started off just wanting to cool down after deads - lol!

200 - It wasn't fast, but it was very comfortable.
210 - Same
220 - Same, so thought screw it, lets go for...
230kg - not easy, but absolutely perfect form, so I decided to go for...
235kg - Did not attempt, as I decided to go for...
240kg - Nailed it! 5kg PB! I still cannot believe that it happened(but it most definitely did).

I honestly have no idea of what the hell possessed me today, but I certainly want it to happen more frequently.

3x2x140 - Quite poor, really. Lighter than last week, but still didn't have the same power from the bottom.

5x225 - Felt really quick.

145kg - Beltless PB, with more left in the tank(or so I tell myself haha).
