Felt pointless, but I'm going to go up 5kg per week,so the weight will go up quickly enough, but give my body some time to fix little niggles. Front squat 140kg - Easy, which is nice, considering its a beltless PB. Fin. | ||

My lats were giving away too much, and couldn't be bothered finishing off the rep, as it would have been hideous. Squats Started off just wanting to cool down after deads - lol! 100 140 180 Belt added 200 - It wasn't fast, but it was very comfortable. 210 - Same 220 - Same, so thought screw it, lets go for... 230kg - not easy, but absolutely perfect form, so I decided to go for... 235kg - Did not attempt, as I decided to go for... 240kg - Nailed it! 5kg PB! I still cannot believe that it happened(but it most definitely did). I honestly have no idea of what the hell possessed me today, but I certainly want it to happen more frequently. YES! Fin. Monday Bench 150 - comfortable at last! Push press 3x3x110 Pendlay row 3x5x100 Squat 180 - Paused and fast. Today Box squat 3x2x140 - Quite poor, really. Lighter than last week, but still didn't have the same power from the bottom. Deads 5x225 - Felt really quick. Front squat 145kg - Beltless PB, with more left in the tank(or so I tell myself haha).
