200kg - Started squatting every day again, so not going too heavy.

Deadlift

200x8 - should have gone to 220kg for eight, but I had one of those 'can't be f**ked' days.

Overhead press

110 - quick
115 - just failed at lock-out

Front squat

140 - finally picking back up, not too difficult. Core strength definitely needs addressing.

Strong stuff as always. Have you thought about doing BSM U80kg? It's not a lot of weight to lose and I think you'd be right up there if you train for it.

Thanks for the kind words, Fc. I only wish that I was squatting 240kg+ again, bloody RN training!

I'm actually training for strongman when I can now.

Thanks to 'bigwmd', the military will be having its first strongman comp on June the 29th, which will be a qualifier for Britiain's natural strongest man. Really looking forward, and you can be sure that you'll see me busting my balls there. Incidentally, I'm the RN's strongman contact, which is pretty awesome!

I think sub 80kg would f**k me over to be honest, as I'm closer to 84kg most days now. Saying that, I do have a little extra around the hips, so its something to think about.

Strongman is (so far) way better than PL for me, as its so varied and exciting.

Started training at strengh-tec is Farnham today: why the hell didn't I know about this place sooner? Really looking forward to training there more often.

1x120 over 20m - my hands started tearing apart earlier on in the week and now they are worse, so O had to leave it there.

18 inch deads

I used straps as my hands were too tender. - man points.

300 - felt tough, probably because my lats have had a tough time this week, compared to usual.

Yoke

260x15mx6 - best time was 8 seconds. Considering its the second time I've ever performed the yoke, I'm quite happy.
280x15mx4 - tough, but once the yoke was properly on my back, it went quite nicely.
