Strict Press from rack- (Olympuc bar) 60kg x 5, 70kg x 5, 80kg x 5 and 2 x 4 reps, 50kg x 12 reps
Seated shoulder press- (Dumbells) 34kg 3 x 5 reps
Circus Dumbell- 34kg (biggest weight there was) 3 x 6 reps
Shrugs (Olympic bar) 100kg 3 x 6 reps, 70kg x 12 reps
Fluffed up bi's with cables and preacher and tri's on reverse preacher machine.

Shoulder press from rack- 40kg x 10 (strict), 60kg x 10 (strict), 70kg x 5 (strict), 75kg x 3 (2xstrict, 1 push press), 80kg x 3 (2x strict, 1 x push press) 90kg (floor to overhead with f**k up) x 1 rep
Dumbbell- 55kg x 1 rep (2nd time on event)
Shoulder press from rack- 60kg x 10 reps (strict)
Arnold presses- 3 x 10 reps
Fluffed up bis on preacher.

No he told me to go f**k myself. I'm just going through motions at moment. Seeing how f**king weak I've become. No matter how piss poor I am now though, least I'm not as fugly as that ape faced c**t. Training can improve, faces can't.

You're exactly right mate. When he goes in a hall of mirrors his face actually looks normal.

Log nomination. Like the drinking game but doing a log set. Any weight you want but needs to be comedy. Doesn't matter what you wear or what you do but it has to be ridiculous. This is mine....



You need to do one, nominate and let the games begin!!! Don't let me down. I'll post Robbo's on here soon as he does it. I'll be doing log at weekend so I'll see if he wants to do it then.
